Your initial session is held in the gym and can last up to 90 minutes. This session is used to establish your starting point. You’ll be taken through some exercises to see how your body moves and determine your current level of fitness. We’ll also get all relevant readings for tracking your progress (tape measurements, progress pictures, goal setting).
PRICE: £50 (one off payment)
You have the option of training with me using direct debit payments or block payments. For each direct debit package, all of the sessions must be used within the current month and cannot be rolled over into the next month. Each block has an expiry time to use all of the sessions in.
