So I met Tobi Sept 2016 after realising I needed to take back control of my health and fitness but I wasn’t sure of the best approach.
Tobi was friendly in the gym and we got to chatting, it sounded like he was just what I needed. 
He took me through an initial session to establish my starting point and then got to writing me a program. In the beginning I was nervous and also impatient to start but slow and steady was going to be my new friend!

When I decided to get a new personal trainer, I had lots of doubts whether if it was worth it or not. I‘ve had a few personal trainers in the past and had bad experiences with all of them. The first thing Tobi did with me was an initial session to find my starting point (never done one before). Just doing this alone I knew I was in the right hands. Overall, I am very happy.

Tobi is friendly, fun and approachable. He takes the time to get to know you, your goals, your abilities and the ways you like to train and tailors a programme that is completely individual to you. If there is something specific you want to work on, he adjusts your programme to help you achieve this. For example I have always wanted to improve my upper body strength and work towards being able to do a pull up.

Tobi is a great personal trainer. I had excellent results with him in a matter of weeks. He gave me a personalised plan which included dietary and a range of exercises. His supportive attitude during the sessions as well as his follow-ups and check-ins after the sessions kept me motivated throughout the 6 months that I trained with him. I would definitely recommend him highly.

I first met Adele just before the new gym had opened. We got talking and before I knew it, we were in for our first training session.
